The registration fee includes access to the conference sessions, material for the congress, welcome cocktail, coffees, lunches and conference dinner.
One registration can correspond to the maximum of 1 oral + 1 poster or 2 posters.

Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing (by post, e-mail) to the conference secretariat.
Cancellations sent:
Until 19 July 2024 - 10% will be retained for administrative fees
From 20 July 2024 - no refunds
