Abstracts

Abstracts must be written in one of the official languages of the meeting (Portuguese, Spanish or English) and be no longer than two A4 pages.

Each person can submit up to 3 abstracts without restriction on the communication type. Yet, a registered person can only present 1 oral + 1 poster or 2 posters.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically in .docx or .pdf format on the meeting website, after registration, indicating the type of presentation desired (oral or panel).

Deadline for submitting papers: 20 May 2024

Acceptance of abstracts

Notification of the review process will be sent by 28 June 2024.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the event's Book of Abstracts, which will be made available electronically to participants (only abstracts from participants with paid registration fees will be included).
